Advertisement Rejected

If your advertisement is rejected during verification, no refund is issued automatically — you can upload a corrected advertisement on the same booking at no extra charge. If you choose not to resubmit, contact us via the Contact page to discuss a refund.

Cancellation Before Verification

Cancellation requests made before your advertisement enters verification are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us as soon as possible.

Cancellation After Approval

Once a campaign is approved and scheduled, cancellation and refund eligibility depends on how close the campaign is to its start date; contact us for the specific terms that apply to your booking.

Payment Failures

If a payment is deducted but not confirmed by our system, contact us with your transaction reference and we will investigate with the payment gateway.

How Refunds Are Issued

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via the same gateway used for the transaction, and may take several business days to reflect depending on your bank or payment provider.
