Using MSP Digital

By creating an account and booking a campaign, you agree to provide accurate information and to only upload advertisement content you have the rights to use and distribute.

Bookings & Payment

Prices are calculated at the time of booking and confirmed at checkout. Selected time slots are held temporarily while payment is in progress and released automatically if payment is not completed within the reservation window.

Advertisement Verification

Payment confirms your booking but not your advertisement. Every advertisement is reviewed before it is scheduled to display, and MSP Digital may reject content that does not meet technical requirements or applicable law, with a reason provided.

Prohibited Content

Content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or that promotes prohibited goods/services under applicable Indian advertising regulations is not permitted and will be rejected.

Limitation of Liability

MSP Digital is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from screen downtime, third-party payment gateway issues, or delays outside our reasonable control.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time; continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
